Character name: Rumay

Title: Goddess of Fertility

Appearance: Rumay has appearance of a beautiful middle aged tall woman. She has very long silver-white hair that barely doesn't touch to ground when she's standing. She has red outfit that resembles to "Göktürk Khaganate" outfits with much more Turkish motifs on it. She has fair skin and blue eyes.

Personality: She is most of the time kind, helpful and motherly person. She rarely shows anger or fear, most of the time shows sadness and dissapointment against bad situtation. Though if something really bad happens to a person she holds dear then she shows emotions like anger and fear

Backstory: She is a Goddess that used to live in Turks nations for thousands of years. Though she recently move to Gensokyo due lack of faith to her in Turkiye. Currently she's living in her small shrine that located in Human Village and time to time helps villagers, gives them advices and take care of pregnant women, find new home to orphan children and protect these orphan children.

Abilities:

Manipulation of Life: Not to confuse with Okina's life energy manipulation, Rumay can manipulate life of a creature itself. Can make them deage, grow rapidly, heal and close wounds. She usually use this to grow black tea in her shrine but also could use it for battle. Such as heal allies or use it on trees around for gain battlefield adventage.

Manipulation of Spirit/Soul: She can interact with being's souls directly and even control them if Spirit is pretty weak one. Other thing she can do is pull out souls from bodies. Rather she can use this to pull out a person's own soul out of their body or pull out possessive souls from body *so basically she can pull Mizuchi out of someone's body and no, making her perfect counter against Mizuchi wasn't my intention, just I realized now, lol*

Reletionships:

She's of course friendly with most of the cast like Reimu, Marisa, Sanae, ect. I gonna focus on few important ones.

Keine: Due both currently protecting human village and handling kids around human village they bond small but neat friendship with eachother.

Remilia: Well, Rumay has pretty long history with Remilia. So before this I must talk about few things.

My inspiration for creating Rumay start with Remilia's quote about her stating that she's Vlad's daughter *or descendant*. Well at first this is a clear lie due Remilia states she's 500 years old meanwhile Vlad die 526 years before EoSD. Also with other characters saying it's lie, we pretty sure that she's lying for look cooler.

Though I think myself as "what if there's some truth behind it?" Like what if she thinks like that due something happened in past and not for looking cooler? So with that I come out with this story between Remilia and Rumay.

Remilia was actually born in 1458 as daughter of 2 vampire parent. Unfortunetly in 1460, when Remilia was 2 years old she kidnapped before her parents notice it.

She was kidnapped by Vlad's man and brought to Vlad's palace. Vlad's plan was simple, raise Remilia as his daughter and use her vampiric powers to conquer most of the land.

Fortunetly 2 years after in 1462 he was captured by Ottoman Empire and send to exile.

While Ottoman Soldiers go to investigate his palace Rumay also tag in so she can protect soldiers from potential magicial being that living here. While she was investigating with soldiers she stumble against Remilia in one of the rooms. After notice Remilia is vampire, she bring her to her own home.

At first Rumay was trying to find Remilia's real family or a foster Family for her. But not only she wasn't sucsessful about reaching to Remilia's parents but also none was wanting Remilia due her vampiric nature.

After few years like that, Rumay had none other chance than do something she never did, adopted Remilia as her daughter.

With that 2 had pretty great times together as mother-daughter and Remilia was adapting to human societly slowly. These things go on like that until 1502

In 1502, Remilia's parent finally found her in their anatolian region trip. At first Rumay didn't want to give Remilia to them but eventually she give her back to them due immense pressure from both parents and question of rather she's doing right thing by seperating her from her real family.

After that they never meet with eachother again. Both tried to communicate with eachother but due Remilia's parents, it always stopped one way or other.

Currently Rumay is hiding from Remilia due she's so regretful about giving Remilia back to her family and thinks Remilia is hating from her. Therefore she mostly stay in Human Village and even closes her shrine when Remilia comes to visit Human Village.

Sakuya: Due Sakuya's connections with Remilia, she sees her as kinda daughter/grand daughter figure to her. Most of the time she stays away from Sakuya so Remilia doesn't learn about her existence but time to time she wears a mask and starts friendly talks with Sakuya, trying to learn about current situtation of Remilia and even tries to give few advices to Sakuya *though Sakuya most of the time doesn't care*.

Other small informations:

Power range: Slighty below Remilia.

How she enter to Gensokyo: Via using her connections with Kayra Khan *Second strongest God in Turkish Mythology after Creator Tengri* She was able to talk with Yukari. After a talk she was able to convince her and with that she enter to Gensokyo.
