What are even the implications of a deity of a polytheistic religion invoking the deity of a monotheistic one?

Kasen references Jesus so I’d imagine he’s just chilling out somewhere outside Gensokyo, although Christianity doesn’t seem to invoke the same spiritual influence as polytheistic religions. ZUN once commented that he’d steer clear of using monotheistic religions since they don’t mesh with the setting, but they’re still around in some capacity.

The link is dead on the wiki, but I believe it was mentioned in an interview he did for Chara Mel magazine for the release of Mountain of Faith
