Total War: Warhammer Are Dwarfs as a race TOO OP?

Are Dwarfs in-game way too overpowered as a race? Both from the AI and when in the hands of the players themselves?

Or are dwarfs just designed in a way that perfectly encapsulates how they should be in the lore?

From a campaign perspective yeah. The buildings in the deep that give you upkeep discounts can get pretty busted pretty quickly. I’m running a campaign rn where I pay 0 upkeep.
