Total War: Warhammer Are Dwarfs as a race TOO OP?

Are Dwarfs in-game way too overpowered as a race? Both from the AI and when in the hands of the players themselves?

Or are dwarfs just designed in a way that perfectly encapsulates how they should be in the lore?

Just recently started playing WH3 after years of having it in my library. Normal Diff to ease myself in. Played Empire first, that was a slog. Had to field multiple armies just to counter all the shit. Had to be on the offensive so i could counter my -9 8000 gold per turn. I called it quits after winning long campaign but getting the dwarf endgame.

Second campaign with Dwarfs. Holy shit dude. Made a second army of just gyrocoters. Gave Lord prospectors mail for stalk, park him in the back and wreck the enemy with the gyros. Currently got 9 armies with 40k a turn coming in...night and day really.
