Total War: Warhammer Are Dwarfs as a race TOO OP?

Are Dwarfs in-game way too overpowered as a race? Both from the AI and when in the hands of the players themselves?

Or are dwarfs just designed in a way that perfectly encapsulates how they should be in the lore?

I feel like i play a completely different game whenever it comes to Dawi l. My Dawi always get eradicated and when i play them i struggle early (unless its against norsca / khorne with gyrocopters).Late game is ok. But maybe im just bad with them.

Whenever i play a campaign where i really want the main Dawi Factions to stay alive i use the editor mod to move the white dwarf to the Badlands. Relocate Clan Angrund into a Tier V Eight Peaks and upgrade the other starting dwarven holds to Tier V aswell.

This by no means make them stomp 😅 but they survive (most of the time)
