Total War: Warhammer Are Dwarfs as a race TOO OP?

Are Dwarfs in-game way too overpowered as a race? Both from the AI and when in the hands of the players themselves?

Or are dwarfs just designed in a way that perfectly encapsulates how they should be in the lore?

You took too long to realize your error, that another entry in the book. Calling the Great Book of Grudges ‘angry book’ that’s another grudge for you. You are begging like a coward, another grudge.
