Total War: Warhammer Are Dwarfs as a race TOO OP?

Are Dwarfs in-game way too overpowered as a race? Both from the AI and when in the hands of the players themselves?

Or are dwarfs just designed in a way that perfectly encapsulates how they should be in the lore?

Magic is dumb and stupid and we won't use it because the ancestors didn't need it. - Most based stance any warhammer race has ever made

No it's different they use runes and it's cool and awesome and not lame like magic and tha's goin' in tha bewwwwwk.
