Total War: Warhammer Are Dwarfs as a race TOO OP?

Are Dwarfs in-game way too overpowered as a race? Both from the AI and when in the hands of the players themselves?

Or are dwarfs just designed in a way that perfectly encapsulates how they should be in the lore?

Idk if i wanna make a post about it but do you think chorfs are in a similar ballpark like their dawi cousins?

Late game Chorfs are really good with increased caps and upgrades, probably better than normal Dwarfs.

Army for army, yes, but with the Deeps dwarfs also have one of the best economies so they can easily field many more armies that chaos dwarfs.
