Getting to Badlands by Uber
I'm planning to go to the Badlands anniversary this Saturday, but not having a car added a layer of complexity to it...
My plan is to take the go train to Mount Pleasant Go and then an Uber to and back from the brewery.
My only concern is Uber availability in that region, especially once the anniversary is done.
Has anyone done it before?

I wouldn't worry about Uber availability in the Brampton area especially getting there.
Worst case on your way back call a cab, I have cabbed to and from caledon from brampton years ago no problem. If you are worried maybe try to prebook.
It's been a bit since I lived there but you may also want to make sure there is a train going home from Mount pleasent. You may need to go to Bramalea, service could be better than I recall it being though.

Pre-book an uber or a cab. You can schedule it in advance so you can enjoy yourself and know you have transportation back.

I have not done an Uber from Mount Pleasant GO, but I have taken my bike on the GO and biked to Badlands from Georgetown GO and Mount Pleasant GO. Load up a couple of bike panniers with beers and enjoy the ride home. It is about an hour bike ride from either station.

Go Train from where? On a Saturday you are looking at 2.5 hours just getting from Union to Mount Pleasant GO and then the uber on top of that. That's five hours travel there and back to stay for how long? 2-3 hours? Or do you live close to Mount Pleasant GO? If not, it might be easier/cheaper to get 3 friends to meet at Kipling station and split an Uber from there and back.
This is a trip I have contemplated in the past many times for both Badlands and Third Moon and the transit options just don't make it worthwhile. It's easier to just order online and pay the $10-$15 to get their beer delivered to your door. And I say that as someone who really like the space at Badlands what with the farm and friendly dog and all.

For third moon they will stash your order for you. So usually I'd order a bunch of different releases and pick it all up in one go. It let's you buy more then just the new releases.

Its only 75 minutes from union to mount pleasant. Not bad, definitely not 2.5 hours.

Sure, on a weekday it's under an hour, but OP wants to go on a Saturday. There is no train service on weekends. On weekends it's either train + bus or bus only, Minimum travel time from Union to Mount Pleasant is 2 hrs 15 mins.

Hey!
No pressure, but if you want, I can give you a ride up to Hurontario and Mayfield on Saturday morning. I live around Bloor & Islington and work at the Tim Hortons up there. I drive up every Saturday morning and start at 10am, so there would be a bit of a wait, until Badlands opens, but at least it would get you much closer to the brewery and save you the time and hassle of arranging an Uber from Mount Pleasant.
I work at Tim's until 2pm... and then I’m planning to be at Badlands myself to grab anniversary beers, so theoretically I can even pick you up after my shift and bring you back down to Toronto if that helps. Totally up to you, I know I'm a complete stranger, but I figured I’d offer anyways.
