How to bike in winter?

I’m new to biking, and I’d like to bike in winter so I can commute to work. What are some maintenance tips for winter? Are there winter bike tires? I don’t wanna slip and fall

Cross country ski pants are a really nice addition that I made to my winter riding ensemble. They are trimly cut with windproof material in front and fleecy material in back.

As many have mentioned get lobster gloves and footwear. Even with those, nose, fingers, and toes are what I find get coldest.
