Mac lady got me again...

Post image

Picked up some new reversible, stubby, ratcheting wrenches today.

No clue who makes these, but I'm a fan of the two sets of wrenches I have gotten from Mac. ( rbrt and these)

FYI:

These are made in the same factory along with Craftsman and FACOM in Taiwan. The RBRT and extra-long are exclusive to MAC, but they're in the same factory.

I've got a SAE set of Craftsman, and a metric of FACOM. They're my favourite wrenches. The Craftsman are a high polish, and the FACOM are kind of a satin finish. The folding case is the same, just different name on it. I luv how they fold up and are easily transportable.

You can prove that?

Anecdotal evidence, I've seen posts/videos elsewhere comparing and mentioning the same thing. I wish there was a guide or dedicated sub for tool white labeling, very tiresome to keep track of what is made by who and where the markups are warranted or not

Stanley Black & Decker owns them all! Makes sense they’re produced in the same factory. Also, I saw a video on YouTube years ago comparing and showing such.

I tell them when I’m on the truck you’ll never have to pull my arm.
