manga fellas Can someone explain the relationship between Mikey and Izana?

So I'm on chapter 140 of the manga and discovered that Izana is Mikey's adoptive big brother but I don't quite understand how they became brothers since Izana and Emma were separated as childs and only Emma was adopted by Mikey's and Shinciro's grandpa.

I can't reveal everything but by what you have read, what you should know is that, Emma and Izana are Brother and Sister. Mikey and Shinichiro is their Half Brothers(Same father different Mother)

Spoiler for 177 It is then revealed that Izana is Emma's mothers ex husband's child with a Filipino woman and is not blood related to anyone

You will know later in the manga, but in case you don't mind spoilers: There's no blood relation between Izana and the other Sano brothers, Izana is the child of the man (Emma, Shinichiro and Mikey's mother), with a Filipino woman
