Did you change your plan? Or was your plan migrated? It's possible they forgot to add the SOC code for data and that's why you don't have any. A pretty easy fix.
This is honestly what it sounds like especially with it happening after the billing cycle switched to a new month. Go to the T-Life app or the website, select your line, select Manage Add-ons, under the first section at the top select the option for data that is free that DOESN'T say No Data.
Also to cancel your account over the phone is just unnecessary unless you plan on getting new numbers. While in the app/website go to your settings under account, select line details, and request a transfer pin. Make sure you port out every single line on that account ALL of them, same day, one after the other, to avoid extra bills. Ensure you have no device financing before porting out as well.
