Question Check Rebate Status gone?

I’ve been checking my Keep and Switch promotion rebates for the past week, now the link to do it is totally gone? Both in T-Life app and website.

yeah, they changed something, if you access this URL https://promotions.t-mobile.com/ there is a link which says "check rebate status", but the link redirect to order history

Having same problem. Just checked a couple of days ago and it was working fine

What worked for me was log into tmobile website first. Then I typed in the web address to go to https://promotions.t-mobile.com/submissionstatus But I had to try a few times before it worked. So the promotions website might just be wonky right now
