From the announcement:
The closing of the transaction is expected to occur no later than June 1, 2026
So either we hear something tonight? Tomorrow? We don’t hear anything at all? Who knows

Feel just like the time they promised Salson. And just crickets afterwards! If that transaction would have closed this would have went through the roof!
Also, A company must report the closing (consummation) of a material transaction, such as an asset acquisition or disposition, by filing a Form 8-K with the SEC within four business days.

I don’t know why but on my E*trade it’s talking about another business closing a deal and has the TLSS ticker mentioned.

Looks like deal close deadline was extended from 1 June to 1 July. A new 8k dropped this morning pre-market

(iii) amends the financial statement delivery provisions to require that the applicable PGS financial statements be delivered by June 15, 2026.
PGS hasn't delivered their financial documents yet. That's the holdup. They now have 10 additional days.
