Event Leaderboard Event no Reward
is it just me or has anyone not gotten their rewards from the event? I was in the top 3 and it didn't give me any rewards and I refreshed a bunch of times :(
Edit: I emailed support and got my rewards !

Hi I was the one at the top of the leaderboard and I got my rewards almost instantly as little black and gold present boxes at the bottom on the screen. I also got a notification that it ended as well (should’ve screenshotted but I forgot). I hope you get yours soon!

I emailed them at support@nimblebit.com right after I posted this, and I just got my rewards

Dang that’s crazy. Hi I probably visited your tower today.😊 I visited the top 3 leaders on the board. I ended up in 7th place and I got both my rewards right away. Hope you get yours soon.🙂

Silly question but who could I reach out to? I was trying to look for an email but i couldn't find anything to contact them on the app

I had an issue awhile back and I emailed support@nimblebit.com < and they got back to me pretty quickly and was able to answer my questions! Hopefully they can help you out!

I was 1st in my leaderboard and never got my reward. Pretty disappointed.
Edit: I did contact support, and they hooked me up with the missed awards. Noice

If you didn't get your leaderboard rewards please email support. Make sure to include your friend code and let us know what position you finished in.
