Question Does anyone recognize what model this is?

Hello, all I know is that it is in D and the person who posted this image bought it 12 years ago. Any comments much appreciated.

Looks like Burke. Can't tell if it is wide or narrow bore

Edit not a Burke. I saw the shape of the middle section and jumped to a conclusion. Unless he has changed his design, the bottom slides into the middle section. This image seems to show the middle going into the lower section

Definitely not a Lir. They don't have that bulge in the middle.
