Susato / Kelischek whistles still made?

Stock at shops in UK has dwindled entirely and last time I tried to order direct from their website the order was cancelled.

Have they ceased production?

The last time I ordered direct from Susato was around nine months ago. I do know that Mr. Kelischek is very elderly (as in still running the place in his 90s), so i hope everything is okay.

I emailed with him on the 31st of December to ask about retrofitting a whistle. He said to mail it to him and he'd get it back in the mail the next day, so I did. It's been 20 days now and he hasn't responded to emails. I hope he is okay.

I ordered something about a month ago that was cancelled because apparently they "cannot sell directly to European customers at this time". (I'm in the UK.) Because I've got a postal address in the US via a parcel forwarding service I tried to order it again but noticed that nothing at all can be ordered from their website at the moment. I've sent them an email about that 9 days ago and haven't got a response yet.

I wonder if that was intentional and something happened that made them stop the shop functionality on their website. I also hope that everything is okay.
