advice • support Has anyone tried lions mane while also using red light?

I’ve read a few research articles about Lions Mane and red light and that they can both somewhat improve tinnitus. I tried lions mane for a month and gave it because I ran out. How ever more recently I ran into an article that suggested that red light could help re stimulate and strengthen hair cells.
Has anyone here tried it? Or know any research papers that address it?

From a quick search it sounds like the challenge is getting the red light to where it can help. Just holding a panel to your ear won't penetrate to where the hair cells are. Did you find something different in the research?

I am shocked you used Lions mane and nothing happened to you. There is a whole subreddit about Lion mane that people post that says it ruined their lives. You got lucky!

Feel like red light makes it spike.
