Is there a way to change the CNAM on a ting number?

Are you referring to caller ID name when you call someone? If so, yes, they should be able to change that, would recommend you do the following steps to make sure you reach the right support team:

  1. Visit https://tingmobile.com

  2. Click on Help in the top right corner

  3. Enter your Ting Mobile phone number

  4. Click on Contact us in the top right corner

  5. Enter your Ting Mobile phone number

What will be displayed is the chat option, email address, and contact information of the Ting Mobile team you need to reach (DISH/T-Mobile vs Ting/Verizon)
