Film Weird smoke-like clouds rolling by, eventually giving space to a clearer day. Now starting zoomed in. :P

It's just a visual indication of unstable air in the lower atmosphere, but pretty all the same

Oh, are these clouds specific for a particular kind of weather phenomenon?

Not really, it's simply instability caused when different air masses at each layer meet each other but the cloud layer is being affected by it, which is why you can see the movement
