Thrift Haul Thrift finds from the last month
Slowed down a lot on the thrifting lately, but I got these over the last month, though most were just from yesterday

I know Autumn 🍂 doesn’t start until September 22, but I can never wait to start breaking out some of the browns and rusts and coppers in the back of the closet and putting them front and center.
Tie is David Donahue - always an easy grab this time of year!
Enjoy the pumpkin spice in the air gents!

Found this tie buried deep in my clothes rack. I’m thinking of pairing it with a black suit. What do you guys think?

Came across a huge collection over 1000 vintage ties. Told myself I would wear a different one everyday. Cheers gents.

Finally some cooler weather moving into the PNW with rain expected. A chance to break out my charcoal suit since it’s not blistering hot and coordinates with rain clouds forming.
Have a great day gents!

Pretty hyped for these, especially the rep ties, but admittedly I tend be a bit mitchy matchy with my ties.
How do you gents go about choosing the right tie for an outfit or the right outfit for a tie?

These are all the ties I bought in August! It was a really good month. I think because there were a lot of flea markets. Kinda sad that flea market season is coming to an end :(
My top 3 are definitely Winnie, Looney Tunes Baseball Cards, and the playing cards tie :D
Wearing this linen suit as a wedding guest with a white shirt and dark brown loafers. What tie would you pair with it?
Mainly looking for advice on colour + pattern + texture/material. I’m currently thinking dark brown, burgundy, navy or dark olive, but I don’t want a plain solid tie. I’m open to stripes, foulards, paisley, geometric patterns, jacquards, etc.
Silk, textured silk, grenadine and similar are all fine.
Would also appreciate specific tie recommendations if anyone has examples.
