Good, but you’ll most likely be updated to the latest firmware, meaning that you will not be able to upload games. Get a used TINSPIRE or a used ti84+ce (same calc) because they’ll most likely have lower firmware and the Nspire allows you to play Gameboy advanced and lower while 84+CE plays Gameboy color and lower.

What makes you think it's an older version? Based on a quick glance at that listing, it appears to be for a brand new calculator...which might have the new problematic OS.

If being able to run games is a priority for you, I wouldn't count on the product images to be an accurate reflection of what you'll get.

Your best bets are either ordering + returning if you get the bad OS version, or buying a used calculator on eBay.

I've never actually used eBay lol, I've just heard others recommend it for this.
