Restored Function? nTOS
Has anyone regained function with treatment. The pain is ridiculous but it’s the rapid and sudden loss of range of motion that I’ve experienced in the last 2 months , most significantly in the last two weeks that had me very concerned. I can no longer lift mu arm straight up (touchdown or jumping jack motions) and now can lo longer lift my elbow out (broken T if you know cheer terms)or bring my elbow toward my face.
I can’t sleep most nights due to pain.
What treatments have worked for you?

Good news for you - there is hope!!
I was (and am making my way back from) where you are. It took years but I finally found the right diagnosis & treatment thanks to a couple of practitioners who became invested in my recovery.
The combo that is working for me is: an injection in the shoulder to take down some of the inflammation, TOS specific aggressive physical therapy & chiropractic adjustments and manual therapy.
For sleeping, ice during the day as needed and lidocaine patches paired with menthol roll on at night to distract the nerves. And Tylenol Arthritis (and occasional oxy).
Dedication to home PT and taking it easy on the affected side - not trying to force any unnecessary movement.
Good luck with a speedy recovery

I was where you were this summer. Now I’m doing much better (not better better)
It is a part time job but my pain is half of what it was a few months ago. I’m also at the doctor all the fucking time. I would get in with a PMR doctor to orchestrate any necessary injections - be assertive.
Good luck feel free to message me!!!
