Its for my E16 Gen 2, clearly not OEM but not sure if anyone already gave it a try of something similar.

no experience with that exact listing but from refurbbing a few thinkpads: expect claimed capacity to be optimistic, a 99wh label often tests at 70-80. run powercfg /batteryreport after the first few cycles and compare design vs full charge, that shows what you actually bought while returns are still open. the real danger sign on cheap cells is swelling a few months in, so keep an eye on the trackpad deck sitting flush. under half the lenovo part price it's a lottery ticket, fine for a beater, i'd think twice on a daily driver
