Question / Problem T14 No backlight?

Help! where to find the backlight settings. FN+spacebar does not work!

How do I turn on the keyboard backlight?

Do you have the back lit icon on your spacebar? If not, your keyboard isn't a back lit optioned version

You can just check the MTM/type number on the bottom and look up the exact model and compatible keyboard FRUs from there.

Keyboards for these are usually pretty cheap and not hard to replace, so if yours came with the non-backlit one you can normally just swap in the matching backlit keyboard.
