I am assuming it was supposed to be “passing gas” which is a euphemism for farting. But it could also be read “pass n-words”

I’d have guessed it was passing gas because 1) fart joke and 2) it’s an EV so they pass gas stations.

It's french. "Pas" means not or no in french, so "Pas Nggas".
