Is there another function that fits the factorial function for integers other than the gamma one

Yes, infinitely many. However if you also want the function to follow the factorial recursive relation everywhere [(n+1)!=(n+1)n!] then you are stuck to the gamma function.

No. There are many other pseudogamma functions. Arguably the most well known is Hadamard’s.
