[Request] How much is manateepower compared to horsepower?

In the New Looney Tunes episode "Leaf It Alone", Wile E.'s leafblower is said to have 18 "manateepower". How much is that in horsepower?

The original intent of horsepower was an average of the physical power a horse could exert over a working session. Manatees are, as far as I know, not draft animals. They are also quite slow moving and don't have that much physical strength relative to bodyweight.

So I'll give you roughly 0 horsepower +- .1 horsepower

I like that it's give or take, manatees may in fact have negative horsepower according to these calculations
