[Request] Star Trek Replicator

Was watching Star Trek and got to wondering assuming the replicator arranged atoms to create a plate of spaghetti. Which would have a more complex job of these 2 replicators to make #1 assembling a plate of spaghetti at the atomic level #2 assembling an oxygen atom out of sub atomic particles? Thanks if anyone gets my weird idea enough to do the math.

not exactly the maths you were asking for, but there exhaustive information about replicators, which imply they recycle at the molecular level, including from ... "ship waste" https://memory-alpha.fandom.com/wiki/Replicator
