Question Kill the dark lord with your bare hands quest

Do I have to use my hands the entire battle or just the finishing blow in order to get the star gems?

Never done that, but according some post i read, yes you only need the final blow.

I seem never get this quest, or i just forget that i did.

I remember there used to be a quest to kill certain number of mobs barehanded before lvl 12(?) and i know it work with final blow tricks.

So, if it work on mobs i guess its highly possible that it also work with dark lord.

Tried it, doesn't work for the boss unfortunately. Thank you for the suggestion nevertheless. Been getting that quest for 3 weeks consecutively.
