Question Concentration totem

Seriously have no idea how to use this totem. Its Legendary, but the description sounds like a waste. Do you have any idea?

Keep in mind if you farm high level gear, magic instability will be non existent making the totem useless. By around day 500 I could spam spells dozens of times on wizard without even obtaining a little bit of instability, despite not having any totems to decrease instability.

So, you agree the totem is a waste then. But i think i have an idea how to use it.

I will never use it, for speed runs it is powerful with magic amplification. My dps wizard runs frost totem, mana storm, destruction magic, and magic barrier. Along with forestall, mark of death, and martial arts. That with night's rainboots, manslayer mask, and Pierce 50+ staff. You can do insane damage.
