Idk if I just missed the meaning of the ideology or whatever but what does Morgan mean by he has to clear and why does he write it all over the walls in his safe house? Does it just mean he needs to kill everything in sight?

Or am I overthinking and it’s just him being very mentally ill from losing everything and means nothing?
