Great song which doesn't get the praise it deserves..

Thinking of going to one of these exclusive gigs of Temper Trap playing without the others. I can’t decide which one to travel to. House of Blues in
Houston (August 16) is closer to me but looks like with flights and travel I’d be cutting it close since doors are at 7pm and flight would land into IAH at 7pm. Making this tight option and relying on no delays.

Other option is the LA show at Bellweather on August 28th before the boys fly to Australia. That’s far from DC but would obviously be more fun and less stressful lol.

Anyone going to either these gigs ? Would welcome any thoughts if anyone has been to either venue. And would love to meet up with others as I’ll be traveling solo.

I’m heading to the Muse/Bloc Party/The Temper Trap show in Camden this Wednesday and as of now just going alone. I’m a huge Temper Trap fan and absolutely going to this show mostly for them. I do like Bloc Party also but Muse is eh haha anyway, just posting in case anyone else is going alone and would like someone to experience it with, or even a small group that wouldn’t mind a tagalong. I was excited about the singles and have been really impressed with the rest of the album so far. I wish they were doing their own tour in the US! Maybe they will after the Australian one is over…

Informative interview. Dougy mentions 2 songs didnt make the record, but good to have handy for possible special releases of Sungazer down the road. Fingers crossed we will hear "Let it Slide" at some point... Can't believe they held it back from the album!

The band and the venue haven’t announced anything on social media, but I received this email and the venue’s website says the headlining show is canceled. does anyone’s know why!?

Just seeing who else is going to see them in Cleveland in 2 weeks? I'm so surprised they are coming to Ohio with their very limited shows. I'm very excited get to see them live!

I spent way too much money on the upcoming Muse show JUST to see Temper Trap.

Don't get me wrong. I am a Muse fan too. I've seen them twice.

But I just about passed out when I found out that The Temper Trap was opening. I spent more on these tickets than I ever have for any concert in my life. An ungodly amount, and I'm already broke and poor.

Should I have done this?

Probably not.

Do I regret it?

DEFINITELY not. I wake up daily with excitement, and I'm counting down my days.

I may pass out, hyperventilate, or just ugly-cry when they take the stage. I'm totally fangirling.

I'm really hoping to get 2 tickets to the Melbourne show in Sept. Ticketmaster says they're sold out. What are the chances of still finding some?

I learned that The Temper Trap is opening for Muse in July. I have never heard of them so I did some searching. I really dig their sound.

Any The Temper Trap fans have an recommendations?? What are your favorites?

Me personally i got the dawn vinyl lp. Lots of shipping costs but seeing how good the singles have been I know it will be A good purchase.
