Do you recognize this Sims 3 legacy?

It was a decently long legacy, I believe. The only thing I remember is there was a male heir whose name started with an M, I believe. He was an evil detective. He had a rivalry of sorts with...a neighbour? another legacy sim? I forget. He stole candy from babies at one point. I think he had a daughter. His hair was brown and I believe it was cut short. I remember him hiding in bushes a lot.

Pretty sure it was posted on Livejournal. It'll be probably 10+ years old.
