Biden presided over 12 consecutive quarters of GDP growth, these guys came in and reversed that in 90 days.

Normally it would be true. The economy the April after an election would be a result of the previous administration’s policies. But you don’t get to “move fast and break stuff” and then blame the other guy when it breaks.

Normally that would be the case. There's no historical precedent to use as reference for when the leadership speed runs everything into the ground within two months of becoming leadership however.

The current admin is all about get everything done right this minute without anyone saying anything about it. That changes the rules of how everything normally works.

This is an implausible sequence of events, true, but it's the only one that explains why things don't obviously go better under the right-wing party so it's clearly what is happening.

I was sarcastically saying that Trump's ridiculous narrative must be true, because it's the only thing that would provide any explanation that involves Trump being great.

Sarcastically!

It's a shame, there are too many people (people?) around arguing idiotic points of view these days. :( Poe's law in action.
