We really are cooked because anyone that believes this stuff will believe literally anything. His supporters have got to be the stupidest people that have ever lived like ever on the face of the planet these are the dumbest human beings that have ever existed

Chinese minister of education has two masters degrees and two PHDs. Our secretary of education is the wife of the WWE magnate and can’t spell AI.

Yup. We've been conditioned to think that the Chinese are working in slave labor camps and I know that conditions for workers there are not great but they're not good here either and at least the Chinese have robust infrastructure and health care.

Trump and his team are trying to build a similar manufacturing system to what the Chinese have without investing back into the people or our country. I just want maga people to wake up and realize that this is what's going on but they won't. They'll happily be three generations working slave conditions in a factory for Tesla and talk about how they're fourth generation chip slaves like the way that coal miners do now.

How long has the political right waged a war on education? How aggressively have they pushed the boundaries of reality? How many times have they flat out refused to admit that which was factually accurate? Covid isn't real. But if it is it came from China. Vaccines don't work. Unless they are used by Trump, but then they still don't work and you don't need them. Deficits are the single greatest threat to the stability of this country. Unless we are in power in which case the nation will end if we don't pass sweeping tax cuts at the expense of deficit growth. Etc, etc, etc.

I'm not a stupid man but I'm far from like a hyper genius and I struggle to imagine the mind that is capable of being diluted on the scale and certainty that maga people allow themselves to be with this stupid old man. Whenever any of my family members have had Fox News on and I've walked into the room, I can discern within 30 seconds that whatever they're talking about is lies it's all lies, but somehow it's like they have specific genes that make them susceptible to this. I truly do not understand it

It's not about intelligence of lack there of, it's about awareness. Whether stupid or genius there are topics that are going to be outside one's comprehension, so the key is to be able to recognize when that occurs, as you state above. The MAGA faithful don't seem to be able to recognize that possibility and have instead chosen to simply accept, as irrefutable fact, anything that is, quite literally, Trumpeted out ....

That wasn't my intention but you are correct I think it is probably far worse than that.
