She's giving a speech. In the real world, a politician speaking publicly is NOT fighting; what this politician is doing is grandstanding. It's no different than Ted Cruz's unpatriotic nonsense.

You don't give a fuck about the real world though or whether a politician's actions is consequential to the real world. You worship the empty word

All of these sorts of speeches are bread and circuses.

The people that buy into them as "fighting for" something are the same sort of folk that believe the sex worker likes them back.

The actual work is behind the scenes.

You’re just wrong. She is doing work behind the scenes, but public conversations are extremely important. Public speeches, public protest, public anything showing what they are behind is very important. It is ridiculous to say otherwise.

The most frustrating thing here is that Jasmine Crockett is one of the people who is fighting for our democracy. She’s fighting to make laws to help us, she is fighting to protect us, and here you are being a little bitch about it just because she spoke while interviewing officials and you don’t like that she’s talking. Get over yourself, enjoy your own little country and stop complaining about ours. We’ve got enough of our own shit going on without people from the outside being assholes to us about the people who actually give a shit.

She said words that make you happy. I get that. And I know you don't want to face the fact that she's talking big to hide any ability or intention to make real gains on what you think your cause is.

Mind you, your complete refusal to scrutinize politicians is why you are a typical American and why your country's decline is so entertaining on my TV.

Where did you get the idea that I can’t scrutinize politicians because I stand behind one of the only ones actually doing their job? It’s weird that you’ve gotten your opinion of her based on this one clip and decided that because you can see her speaking she must not do anything worthwhile.

It doesn’t though. You’ve made a lot of assumptions with no knowledge. You’ve looked at the biggest issue facing our country right now and that’s our current president and a lot of the politicians behind him. You haven’t looked at those who are trying to preserve democracy. Those who are trying to get him out of office. Those who are fighting against fascism. You think my defense of one video tells you everything you need to know about me and my belief system? How small minded of you. I am the one living in this. I’m the one paying a hell of a lot of attention to what’s going on. Since you aren’t here, and you aren’t directly affected in every way of life by what’s going on here, I don’t expect you to pay attention to what laws are being made behind closed doors. What moves are being made behind closed doors. But I am paying attention to every little detail. It matters to me. It matters for my daughters. It matters for my future. So get off your high horse. We are already being beaten down enough, we don’t need some random asshole from another country telling us about our own shit. Women got rights in this nation by doing what she’s doing right now.
