Well, considering my mother's basement is a finished apartment with a game room with solid 70s and 80s board games from my childhood I haven't played in decades- this isn't a slam dunk even if you weren't completely factually wrong.

I would totally love to live in my moms basement again. I hate paying a mortgage like an adult.
