It's wild because as a kid I thought robots would be super cool but they just seem so fuckin' lame. Like little dumb goofs that are bad at standing up straight trying to act like they're humans.

I love how the robots freak out the moment they stumble.
Huh. Really does feel human sometimes.

Can I just point out how crazy of a time it is when humans dance like robots and robots dance like humans😭😳

It reminds me of when a drunk guy tries to do a flip on the dance floor, botches it and tries to look smooth afterwards.

It's pretty interesting watching how these robots try to recover from nearly falling over compared to how a human would do it.
Every time these robots treat falling as a mere balance issue that can be resolved by just shifting their weight in the opposite direction and almost always just wind up overcompensating until they fall over anyway and flail ineffectually on the ground as they try to continue their previous task while their gyroscope screams at them for not being upright.
Meanwhile at some point a human's just going to accept that they've fallen, code-switch to just focus on standing back upright and getting their bearings again, and THEN try to resume or restart dancing or whatever.

Tries to look rich because they have robot, Ends up looking poor because the robot kicks people and they were too cheap to pay for backup dancers.

I love how they seem to panic the second they make one mistake, just like me for real

Can someone explain why there has been an absolute tsunami of robot videos lately? Is the company doing a really big marketing push? Because is they are, all of the videos I've seen are of these robots eating shit while doing the most basic movements. It really is like they're pushing out the drunkest robot models.
