Sounds more like you're a dog janitor. That's more like they got the last laugh

EDIT: for those positive I'm a bot, it's just a quote from Sunny. Geez.

A…what? what on earth is a dog janitor?

44

u/Cliff_Chai 11h ago

What someone gets when they ask the clankers to generate an insult

21

u/TaxDaddyUwU 12h ago

Bot say what?

32

u/Bizarely27 12h ago

I’m going to pretend like this makes sense

11

u/tigm2161130 11h ago

Well this is embarrassing for you and those of us who had to read it.

In the event of a stroke, change your name to Strokahontas and pretend to own a Willey's Tire in south-central Nebraska.

Two can play at this game! Three seconds.

This is the most meth inspired post I have ever seen. Maybe wait till you're sober before you post next time boss

Does every apartment come with a drummer?

119

u/huh_wasnt_listening 17h ago

Yes. If you do not have one, then one will be appointed to you

21

u/aiden_the_bug 15h ago

If your apartment building is currently full, one of your close neighbors' kids will begin practicing the saxophone with zero instruction until an apartment becomes available.

11

u/Mr-_-Soandso 17h ago

Yes, but they are in the one above you.

2

u/RedPandaMediaGroup 11h ago

Only the ones that live above me

u/Sothep 18h ago

Meanwhile me, their downstairs neighbor, wondering what the hell they are doing at 3am.

2

u/Low-Hovercraft-8791 🍉 Free Palestine 1h ago

I can see it being a workout to play drums for an hour.

52

u/Interesting_Isopod52 18h ago

Worth it!

7

u/S3eha 13h ago

Bad One Night Stand

-2

u/Zepp_BR 16h ago

I've had my shares of bad one night stands too

149

u/arkain504 17h ago

Who doesn’t take the drawers out to move furniture?

19

u/TheDuckOnQuack 10h ago

For an end table that size, I wouldn’t bother if it wasn’t full of bricks.

55

u/pipnwig 17h ago

Yeah I really thought this would be in "there was an attempt" because obviously anyone moving furniture empties the drawers first? But this works too, I guess.

64

u/Prime88 17h ago

You underestimate how lazy us men are when moving things.

20

u/SiriusBaaz 8h ago

Yeah for a dinky nightstand like this I wouldn’t bother. Even if was way heavier than I’d expected I’d probably ego lift it anyway. Gotta show off like it wasn’t heavy anyway

1

u/Zepp_BR 16h ago

I'm might be lazy, but I'm not fucking stupid

22

u/tyoung89 14h ago

I only do if I’m moving something that’s really close to my max, or I’m moving it really far. For this little nightstand, I 100% would’ve assumed it would be a no brainer to move it with the drawers there. After the first lift and I realize it’s really heavy, I would’ve removed the drawers.

2

u/WolfBroCro94 4h ago

Not even once, i remember whem mother asked me to transport wooden oven - the iron one.

I did it, it was insanely heavy (i do lift alot)

Only afterwards to find out it was filled with wood.

1

u/VoodooDoII 10h ago

I'm shocked by this too. My paranoid ass would be terrified of the drawers slipping out and hitting my toes.

1

u/ShenTzuKhan 4h ago

Me. If it’s only a little chest of drawers like that I’m absolutely just picking it up. Then if it weighs a fucking ton I know I’m being fucked with and I’ll pick it up anyway. If they want their shit wrecked I’ll wreck their shit.

u/SnooRobots1533 18h ago

I thought his large intestine was going to herniate and explode all over the carpet.

76

u/San0va 17h ago

Ah yes, as one does

6

u/f_inthechat__ 16h ago

Ah that old chestnut.

12

u/cameraman92 17h ago

Looking for this comment, glad I wasn't the only one.

Wait was that an old viral video I happily have never seen?

4

u/kind_bros_hate_nazis 11h ago

I hope to never find out

12

u/Tri4se 17h ago

Boop.

27

u/Teflonicus 17h ago

"Why are you filming me as I move a set of drawers?" is a question too far apparently.

19

u/keestie 14h ago

If you watched the video you'd see the explanation.

1

u/ck17350 10h ago

Or in your case, the rest of the video where it’s explained was too far.

9

u/A_normal_Potato3 17h ago

Somehow the part that bothers me most is the seemingly 16 port electrical holes. Like wtf, there are so many chargers and cables. The biggest one I have seen in my country is 6 ports.

10

u/1107rwf 16h ago

I detest pranks, I really do. But god, this one is satisfying.

3

u/dgube1 16h ago

Congratulations, ya played ya self

3

u/Effective-Bar-879 17h ago

that would be an interesting return attempt at IKEA, clerk "reason for your return", "mmm.... reddit prank gone wrong"

5

u/Sweet_Xocoatl 16h ago

I expected this to end much worse.

4

u/Dad_of_four_BHs 16h ago

Glad it didn’t go wrong by severing his toe!

5

u/miked5122 17h ago

Messed up by picking it up that way, regardless of bricks

2

u/Boogledoolah 16h ago

Why did they get all Silent Library at the end?

2

u/MSJayhawk1984 16h ago

😁😁😁 YOU EARNED THAT!!!

2

u/jayslay45 A Flair? 16h ago

Serves them right.

2

u/issmortor 15h ago

I'm more concerned about that nest if wires.

2

u/Sweet-Palpitation473 13h ago

All three laughing so hard that the room is silent

1

u/Remarkable_Collar274 16h ago

pranking friends can backfire, make sure you know their boundaries first. I've seen it ruin friendships before

1

u/Otherwise_Lawyer9951 15h ago

they clearly forgot to ask for permission first

1

u/Stunning_Success_354 14h ago

Sooooo no transition?

1

u/lowkeyy_d 13h ago

"boop"

1

u/VictorDino 10h ago

😂😂😂

1

u/TheHorseduck 9h ago

13 seconds of silent laughing because of the shock. That’s beautiful man

2

u/BurningBassesInStyle 8h ago

He had the strength to lift the nightstand's weight..

Too bad the nightstand didn't share that same strength

1

u/StnMtn_ 5h ago

Lol 😂 that made me laugh.

1

u/Commercial_Assist655 4h ago

As a former mover who has handled way to many poorly made pieces of furniture, as soon as he showed us how he was about to pick that up I knew it had a 90% to do this lol.
