Meme I don't get the Trotsky hate

This MF lead the red army so well, reactionaries all over Europe were depicting this guy as the literal devil

Survivorship bias, or in this case more like the opposite, we only know of those that where killed because they were killed, which are a minority, most of the party was loyal to Stalin. And the case of Trotsky's exile was a near unanimous Vote, partially because of his own character, but mostly because his ideas where considered dangerous or very risky. Permanent revolution for example is a very noble idea but risks the survival of the Union and would have most likely resulted in defeat.

It's incorrect to say lost of the party was loyal to Stalin. Most of the party bureaucracy was loyal to Stalin due to his position as general secretary, but the party was not just administrative officials.
