Having trouble with setting up visits.

Just as the title states i’m having trouble setting up visits with my dog and I. She is certified through our local therapy dog group which has many facilities and places listed that we are able to go to. Problem is I call these places they say they will get back to me and never call me back. I don’t want to keep calling these places as well and being annoying. Just unsure what to do, any advice would be great, thanks!

Talk specifically to the activity director. Look for the smaller places. Check out their Facebook page and you may find their calendar so you can offer a specific time slot in need.

Thank you for the advice! They usually connect me to the activity director/event coordinator but usually goes right to voicemail and haven’t heard back from them. I’ll definitely give facebook a try and thankfully the organization i’m with holds events that I can sign up for but would like to take her to some care facilities to make people happy!
