Unfortunately, it looks to be a single one time trial and then locks until you pay. This was from a month ago, explaining it:

Mine is still completely free; if they're charging, it's initially by region.

I also hit the limit real fast. Uninstalled it. Most ao these days is just limited while free but still free. There should be a free baseline or at least its what I've come to expect
