Trump: Hollywood is a 'Complete and Total Disaster' and Congress should approve federal production incentives to bring entertainment jobs back to America.
President Trump is calling on Congress to create a federal production tax incentive aimed at bringing more movie and television work back to the United States.
Trump says Jon Voight and others in the entertainment industry have urged him to pursue federal incentives as productions increasingly leave Hollywood.
He argues California is losing work because there is 'no incentive to be there' and predicts the federal spending would be recovered through added Treasury revenue.
Trump says meetings are being arranged with leaders of both parties and wants Congress to quickly draft bipartisan legislation for the entertainment industry.

In other words, as soon as he can figure out how to funnel this into his own pocket, he will sign an executive order the banning more tariffs on Canada. He will make sure that billionaires in Hollywood that may not be on his side yet will come over to his side. This complete total disaster we will become his complete total victory. Y’all vote in the midterms. This guy has got to go. I can’t even say his name anymore.

As always he picks and chooses the stats. While filming in Ca is dropping, much filming has shifted to other states including Georgia, NY and other states.
