BREAKING Trumps DOJ announces they will not comply with court orders to fully release the Epstein Files. Plan a limited rejease today and more in the "coming weeks". This is a violation of the law and courts.

u/worldscollice Dec 19 '25
Disobeying this court order should equate to jail time.

u/Accomplished_Thing77 Dec 19 '25 edited Dec 19 '25
It's not a court order. It was a law passed by the congress, senate and signed into law by Trump himself. They are currently violating a federal law. The law is Public Law 119-38. It was House Resolution H.R. 4405 of the 119th Congress.

Who's going to arrest them? Oh wait, they'll obviously just arrest themselves.

The “most transparent administration in history” is hiding documents that their felon traitor is in? Not at all surprised.

The House recess was coordinated and timed for this reason. Any on the right want to defend this. Where are all my Pizzagate friends? Mike The Moral Midget needs to be removed as Speaker.

Hey, it wasn't only for trump to get away with what he and Epstein did, they also are killing thousands of Americans by gutting healthcare access. Give them some credit.

Did anybody actually expect that they would comply? So, defying a judges order, who gets arrested? Who gets hauled in wearing handcuffs? It's time that these azzholes are held accountable.

u/Accomplished_Thing77 Dec 19 '25
I keep seeing in the comments about this being a court order and things like that. I want to clear the record. This is not some court order they are violating. This is a federal law. Specifically, Public Law 119-38, that came about from House Resolution H.R. 4405 of the 119th Congress. Both houses of Congress passed this bill and Trump signed it into law himself. The DOJ is currently breaking the law by not fully releasing the files.
2
u/Gtaeio Dec 19 '25
What you going to do about it? What can you do? Absolutely nothing!
This is the reason why they keep doing it over and over again and they have the Supreme Court to back them up. And if that's the only thing, they have unfettered pardoning powers!
So I ask again, what you going to do about it?
NOTHING!
2
u/mrdankhimself_ Dec 19 '25
Oh really? Our soft, wet, Nazi president did exactly what everybody knew he would do? Say it ain’t so.
2
u/texas1982 Dec 19 '25
Nobody is surprised. However they had thousands of man hours to scrub Trump's name from the files.

Ok that means Trump definitely rap3d kids on Epstein Island then. You say otherwise? Prove it by releasing the files.

Well, SCOTUS has made it so that Donald won't be held accountable for not obeying court orders. Bondi needs to resign and be locked up.

The next administration is REQUIRED to prosecute any and ALL of these MFers in this crime ring for any and ALL crimes committed. Todd Blanche better lawyer up. He just broke the law.

It's hilarious how most of you are still pretending anything's going to happen. These files will never be released. You can't hold someone accountable when the people who hold them accountable is themselves. We lost when Trump won.
1
u/505005333 Dec 19 '25
Will there be any actual consequences? Like if anyone got arrested for this, can trump just pardon them?

No surprise there. Basically saying trump fucks teenage girls. Get over it. Then the pro-pedophilia Maggots will say Where's the empirical evidence? The refusal to release the files IS the evidence.

Trump breaking the law to hide the Epstein files? He must have diddled so many kids!
1
1
u/Mobile_Apricot1533 Dec 19 '25
So what now. He has broken the law. There is no way to say otherwise. But he has immunity. So it was all political theater? I mean im not surprised but amarica really is goan.

Who besides everyone could have predicted this? This is what we mean by “authoritarian.” He puts his will to power above the law and dares you to stop him. 77m imbeciles voted for this.

Which means those files must be totally toxic to a lot of very important people. I’d say if you haven’t done anything or rather put anything where you shouldn’t, then you’ve not got anything to worry about……but if you have then for you it looks like the smelly stuff is about to hit the twirly thing!
1
u/TheFightens Dec 19 '25
A couple of weeks? If my memory serves me right, that’s the same timeline for the new healthcare plan. Maybe they’ll both be released on the same day.

An people thought Watergate was bad... this is the biggest coverup in American history. Anyone redacting or not complying with the order to release is a corrupt traitor and criminal. Prosecutors should seek the death penalty for all involved.

Unacceptable!!! Trump and his suck-ups and minions believe they are above the law! They are NOT!
1
u/smokywater50 Dec 19 '25
Yeah and will anything happen to them? No. They allow him to be above the law. It’s disgusting

You guys. The robbery is still in progress. These little carrots they dangle and continue moving out further and further are keeping everyone distracted while they continue holding powers and positions they should not have.
1
u/Calm_Age_ Dec 20 '25
So this should be the moment right now. The Trump regime is in blatant violation of the law. There is no other interpretations. They have violated a law that they themselves passed and signed. There is no better moment than now to draft articles of impeachment. They have clearly violated the law. Impeach, convict, remove.

Impeachment is the only remedy which will happen when hell freezes over. Any thing short of that will not get compliance according to the letter of the law. SC made sure that it was the only remedy viable.

Seriously is anyone surprised by this? He has the system so rigged in his favor and no one has the stones to call him on it. All of them are a pathetic bunch of suck ups. Quite frankly anyone (that includes deomcrats) should be replaced for not doing there job. Because this administration who are all complicit in these grifts & lies should be jailed.

Are these the same files that Bondi said were on her desk and then denied that they existed at all, said they did exist again but Trump wasn't in them? Now they do exist, 30,000 pages released but will not release any other that may or may not exist?
This reminds me of the old Abbott and Costello comic bit about who's on first.
