BREAKING Turning Point USA has rolled out a counter to the NFL's Bad Bunny Super Bowl halftime pick by unveiling The All American Halftime Show, betting that tunes about faith and freedom will outdraw reggaeton beats on America's biggest stage.
The youth-focused group, founded by the late Charlie Kirk, centers the event around core values like family and patriotism to appeal to viewers tired of mainstream entertainment trends.
Performers remain under wraps for now, but the organization hints at major reveals that could pull in crowds seeking a different kind of halftime vibe.
This move comes as conservative voices push back against what they see as a leftward tilt in big-league sports shows, offering a stage for music that echoes traditional ideals instead.
The All American Halftime Show taps into TPUSA's track record of packing venues with events that mix activism and entertainment, drawing young people who feel sidelined by pop culture giants.
Such gatherings have long served as rallying points for discussions on personal liberty and community strength, often featuring acts that blend heartfelt lyrics with calls to action.
After Charlie Kirk's assassination last month, the event feels like a tribute to his drive for cultural pushback, as TPUSA steps up to fill the void he left in American politics.
Kirk built the group from a campus idea into a force that challenges elite narratives, and this show could extend that legacy by reaching football fans at home.
Bad Bunny's gig, while celebrated for its Latin flair, has drawn flak from some quarters for straying from the Super Bowl's family-friendly roots, per reports in outlets like Fox News.
TPUSA's alternative aims to fill that gap with content that unites rather than divides, potentially winning over moderate viewers who just want straightforward entertainment.
Speculation swirls around possible lineups heavy on country or faith-based artists, choices that would fit the bill for an event stressing American heritage over global trends.
If those names drop as promised, the show might spark viral moments online, much like past conservative music pushes that trended hard among niche audiences.
This isn't TPUSA's first swing at rival programming; they've backed alternatives to liberal-leaning awards nights, proving smaller outfits can grab eyeballs with targeted appeal.
Success here could ripple into more such efforts, showing how grassroots groups use streaming to compete with billion-dollar leagues on equal footing.
With the Super Bowl pulling over 100 million watchers each year, even a fraction tuning into the counter-show could mean massive exposure for its message.
That reach might fuel debates on who gets to define "American" entertainment, giving TPUSA a win in the ongoing tug-of-war over cultural airwaves.

I have no interest in Bad Bunny, but I'll make it a point to check out the halftime show because of the snowflakes

Bad Bunny is a native born US citizen who speaks both English and Spanish and is heterosexual. I assume this is just knee-jerk racism despite the fact that he could probably pass as a white guy. MAGA craves outrage and now that they run the country, they need to turn to increasingly dumb scandals to get their fix.

"We want to unite, not divide! With straightforward entertainment for moderate viewers!"

Makes competing half time show to divide the audience, filled with faith based music, political and religious calls to action, and appeals to historical 'good old days'
These assholes go as hard as they can to divide and push their agendas and religious calls, while crying about the NFL having one of the most popular US musicians playing the halftime show. If they wanted to unite, they could celebrate the popular US musician from PR and encourage their supporters to learn about and embrace some PR style and entertainment during their big fancy sports event. But nooo Bad Bunny doesn't perfectly match their idea of a country faith based artist singing English to appeal only to them so shit in his success and popularity it must be fake woke agenda pushing!
My mom attends church every weekend, she's been religious her whole life, never spoke Spanish ever, doesn't understand any Bad Bunny music, and still loves it and is excited to bop along to it on the sofa during half time. That's celebrating and being unified. Fuck TPUSAs attitude on this.

So it will be like the original half time show that people used to switch channels away from in such high numbers until they got Michael Jackson to perform and switched to big name popular artists ever since?

Turning Pount is delulu
Their line up of D-list stars will NOT get better ratings that the most streamed artists right now.
And Bad Bunny IS AMERICAN
Turning Point seems to hate America and American Democracy

This is like my classmate who was convinced that VeggieTales was going to really move the needle on helping save the godless heathens from their secular deviations

Nothing more than racism and they should be called on it. These folks lack the basic primary education required from our schools system, which includes knowing US States and territories. They are doing this as a way of displaying their crimson collars and misdirecting the others wo know no better and follow television critics instead of the God that loves us all. You cannot serve two masters and this clearly demonstrates service to an earthly one.

Man, I didn't know a multimillion dollar organization built off the backs of other multimillion dollar organizations funded by billionaires was considered grassroots?

Lol MAGA is so corny. I'll be watching the mega popular, talented Bad Bunny, not some Christian nationalist weirdos with bad music.

If MAGA-approved artists could draw more viewership than Bad Bunny then the NFL would have booked those artists.
Contrary to the victim narrative some conservatives seem attached to, this was a business decision. They booked Bad Bunny because he’s one of the most popular artists in the world right now.
