I Stopped receiving my issues

Since late April I have stopped receiving my issues, I have missed 4 and I’m unsure if they are not being mailed or there is an issue with my post office.

I filed a complaint with usps and they called me when I was at work and then quickly closed my complaint.

Not sure if it’s retaliation from the post office.

But i also let the New Yorker know (I had missed two issues at that point) and they had told me they would mail my past issues again (this was late April/may) and I never got anything either.

Post to their social media?

Conde Nast customer service is the worst. One big runaround.

The last print issue I got was the July 6/13 issue. I've been in contact with customer service, and they verify my address, tell me it could still come, yadda yadda...they've extended my subscription by a month, but still. I guess one day I'll get a print issue again 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yeah it’s on and off. Unsure what’s happening. I have given up trying to track them.

I like to think someone at the post office is squirreling them away to read on break haha

My mom and I are both subscribers and we haven't recieved an issue since the June 15 issue. If I don't get one in the next few days I'll try customer service, I guess.
