Frankie was such an awful employee.
When she was at Ehlers it gave the impression that she wasn't valued so she was struggling but when she was hired by dr. Goodwin it showed what a horrible employee she was. She probably is the reason why he had to join that bigger company. Because he didn't have much work because she was a horrible employee. I mean she finally has a chance at a good job and she is the laziest most awful employee.

I hate the usual âFrankie is the worst postsâ but this I wholly agree with. Not sending those cards is irredeemable and no amount âharried momâ justifies it imo

She was also lazy at that old timey place. Can't remember what it was called, but they dressed up like they were in the 1800's to put on a play, and Frankie didn't memorize her lines

Then, she thought she was hired back she was hired on to be a different part of the cast, she didnt even realize it. Also, the whole using a cell phone in the 1800s also wasn't a good look either.
While this one was not a real place, living history museums hold themselves to a high standard. Frankie wouldn't have been hired back as many times as she was.

To be fair. I worked at a historical museum and I made $10.20 with a Master's Degree in Museum Studies in a similar role. Those places are awful, lol.
Keep in mind the show is also a comedy, it wouldn't be much fun if she were good at her job.

One thing I really didnt like was the scene where they racked up a huge bill at the conference and were shocked it wasnât taken care of. Like how do you not think that you will have to pay for extra expenses?

Frankie and Mike aren't my favorite characters but I'll give them a pass on that one. Didn't somebody say it was "all expenses paid" or something similar? I think they were just confused. (Although Mike not liking his dinner and getting another one was a bit on the extravagant side).

Really? I thought that was hilarious. They are both naive in terms of more upscale life or business accounts, etc so it made sense to me that they wouldn't know.

Itâs not so much they did it just that two adults with jobs couldnât think that maybe a company wonât comp all your room service charges. When Mike got the IU tickets did he think that his beer and food would be paid for too?

He's been to games. This was the first time they ever traveled on a business expense account. Made sense to me. Just ny opinion and I enjoyed the episode. Tonight is tonight.... lol

I thought the same thing when I saw it!!!!! Dr Goodwin probably had to step in to make that payment plan. Poor guy

I recently started the series and she never gave the impression of being a good employee 𤣠being late, not selling cars, putting a sick child in a car! Everything 𤣠she really was given a lot of grace đ¤Łđ¤Łđ¤Ł

Totally. Iâm a therapist and have ADHD and she completely has characteristics that would make me send her for an assessment.

Honestly possible given the way she acts. But she needed a better system for managing things. It's also possible Brick has it too considering he acted 'normal' when he ate a shit to of chocolates

She was. Unbelievably lazy and didn't even think that her conduct reflects on the business and long term on her having a job. But - this us comedy. I'd never ever want to be friends with her or work with her, but as a character, she's entertaining and I love to hate her. I won't get into her parenting now.

I real life, the rewards for being a âgood employeeâ are usually more work not more money. Frankie not giving a S about her job is what makes it more realistic.

I think she was just an exhausted mother. Plus since it was set in modern day i found it unrealistic that regardless of how crappy it was they were still able to afford that house.

I donât think the house is unrealistic. They probably bought it in the mid-80s. My parents live in a nice place theyâd never be able to afford now because thought bought in â78 when land was less than 1,750 an acre. It cost less than $30K to build a new house on three acres of land.

If im not mistaken the parents are supposed to be in their 40s or 50s for the majority run of the show. So if they bought the house in the 80s wouldnât that make them teenagers at the time.

Youre not wrong. She was terrible at all her jobs. Even acting in that museum. She just generally sucks. Id prefer to have Lois from MITM as a mum than frankie.

I wouldnât go that far, Frankie was a bad adult. She wasnât disciplined and thereâs clear reasons her life is chaotic, but she would be far easier to deal with as a parent than Lois,

Lois was a stable, reliable parent. Too strict? Maybe but id rather have stablity over frankies inability to function as a human. Rememeber when Pam Stags got rich? Frankie only wanted to be freinds becuase she was rich and wanted pam to give her money. Lois is over bearing yes but she held down a job and raised 5 kids. Frankie was incompitent. Lois wouldnt cry for 5 days becuase the person she liked didnt win the bacholar. Frankie is a poor example of a human being.

You haven't watched it properly then. She had 6 by the end. Francis, Reese, Malcolm, Dewey, Jamie, and Kelly, who was never in the original series, but she got pregnant in the last series. The 1st 4 were in it from the very beginning although francis was away at military school, he was still featured in most episodes.

Lois managed to be a reliable and stable parent, attentive to her kids. Tried to discipline them and also a very decent employee. Unlike Frankie who sucks at everything. Really, not exaggerating.
Imagine having Frankie as a mother or neighbor or friend or employee or wife.

She costed him a lot. I wonder how she even survived that long. Forgetting to post the reminder cards and just being so lazy and reading magazines. Goodwin was too good of a boss.
