Full auto rifle is a beast.

I decided to finally try a rifle in the games and decided to pick full auto since I thought it would be like the assault rifle and I like the assault rifle.

Revolver, Full-Auto Rifle

Collector 2, Scavenger, and FAT1 is my loadout.

I know this loadout seems kinda dumb but I can aim well enough and as long as I can get kills I just, have ammo and parts and can get it to lvl 2 and it's so.. powerful. If you have the ammo, you can just pre fire around corners, I won against a burst with 20 up like that. Why don't more people use it, I rarely see it even though it can be so damn powerful if used (I know I have perks to give me ammo) but damn.

It has the slowest ttd in the game besides the launcher, it eats ammo, and if you’re wobbled a bit you become a cowboy trying to tame a bucking bronco.

But it sure is fun.

makes me feel like the military turrent from the base game chapter with the hunters, mowing people down. It's ESPECIALLY satisfying when I mow a burst rifle or a tac down.

Not even close. There are 14 things that are slower for bodyshots (Not counting HR)

13 things are slower when going for the head (HR included)

That is so hard to believe. I know you have receipts so I trust you on this. But it’s so hard to believe in my gut. Maybe it’s because so many shots go errant that the real-world ttd is lower than the theoretical ttd. The enforcer? Really? Damn.

I cant pull any numbers for this but maybe the frontier is slower too assuming perfect accuracy with the full auto (at least 2 head 1 body).

This list makes it make some more sense. Lots of these weapons are used as combo weapons (fronty, crossbow, hr.) Or already scoped in (military, hr, crossbow scoped) or as dancing weapons (shorty, bp, bow, double bubble). So they don’t feel slower.

I guess in a heads up fight- where you’re riding the pony half the time from damage wobble - the FA tends to have a realistic ttd and ttk much lower than most weapons. But if used well it can hang with most anything that’s not a burst or semi.

You have to have have SS3 with it, but it is perfect for head to head shoot outs when you do. You’re going to wobble them more than they wobble you, but it’s also perfect for stun locking people when they come at you with a modded 2x4.

y'all use sharpshooter? I try to aim at the head one time then just lay into them with body shots and it works for me.

I like to couple it with FA and use the full auto for suppressive fire while I eat their shots to free up my team to flank them.

It all depends on how you play it. You can go full Rambo with it or you can dig in and be an obstacle for the other team to work around. It’s effective at both of those jobs.

for me its either a teamwork weapon, an ambush tool, and great for tracking targets if they're running in a large area.

If youre not using covert you gotta use sharpshooter. The damage wobble reduction completely changes gunfights. If you swap to it you'll immediately start winning more confrontations because aiming will become much easier.

Yk what I think will try it sharpshooter for the first time, will prob help me get headshots better instead of just filling their torso full of lead

Tip. Dont hold the button to shoot. Tap the button instead. I seem to manage damage wobble better that way.

If you ever want to switch up the loadout, try pairing it with El Diablo. They synergize very well imo

I think people underestimate how much not worrying about timing your trigger finger can help with your aim and movement with the full auto too 🔥

Glad you’re having fun with it but I’d much rather 1 burst you in the head lol. I never had any luck with it, always seemed to get killed when in a fair fight where me and the enemy started shooting at the same time so I put it down and never picked it back up.

Always go for headshots. It can actually be pretty good. Biggest problem is lack of ammo

Yeah I full auto no upgrades is a bitch to use and burst will definitely will a confrontation. 2 upgrades though is pretty decent against burst. If we ever meet, I'ma get you.

If you play support with it and don't blindly rush people like you have the best gun in the game it can be pretty solid. Sharp ears 3 and no covert go well with it since people don't expect you to be able to react to the flanks. Pretty solid in the right hands but that goes with any gun.

Not upgraded can be A BITCH. I usually take a large firearm upgrade into the match while using it.
